THURSDAY 5 & FRIDAY 6 SEPTEMBER, 2019
SOLENT UNIVERSITY, SOUTHAMPTON
Agatha Christie (1890-1976) has become internationally recognized as one of the most significant writers of the twentieth century. Recent scholarship has legitimized Christie as a writer of substance and a major figure in twentieth and twenty-first century popular culture. This conference seeks to finally establish Christie Studies as an academic discipline, extending across and beyond the humanities.
Following the success of our first four international conferences devoted to the fiction, legacy, and impact of Agatha Christie, we are reconvening in 2019 at Solent University, Southampton.
